"Mulders" face lift
Sep 5th, 2004, 2:47pm

"Mulder" is being treated to some cosmetic work this week.  Both doors have been sent to Minidoors in Preston and while they are there he having some touchup work done on the A panels and a few other bits and pieces by our friend Jimmy.  He has a workshop/garage near M&M's in Warrington, and does all the other cosmetic jobs "Mulder" has had done since I bought him.

Jimmy only recently sorted out the bootlid when "Mulder" was shunted from behind by a BMW.  cry

Doors look great now.  Stickers in the process of being printed by a nice man in Thelwall.  He's going to put my IJ stickers on for me as well.

Mulder had a new fan belt the other week (the old one broke as I was going to pick Emily up - Mum's taxi service!!).  The fan belt's been screaming a bit since, but another nice man is going to look at it for me tomorrow.

Otherwise, Mulder has his service last week and had to have new brake shoes and a cylinder.

It's cost me a fortune before I've even reached Dover!!!
